The municipal offices of the City of Portsmouth, including Portsmouth Public Library and all city recreation centers, will be closed in observance of Memorial Day, Monday, May 28th. There will be no garbage or bulk collection on Memorial Day. The normal Monday collection routes will be rescheduled for collection on Wednesday, May 30th. |
